Sitka sat by the river, watching it roll calmly over the smooth stones. Her heart felt shattered; Chayton seemed to be in love with Nikki instead of her. Blizzard was kind... but as guilty as she felt, she couldn't help wishing that Chayton spent more time with her.
 
Nikki ate a pheasant in camp, the morning sunlight making her black pelt gleam. Her thoughts drifted to Chayton.

Blizzard spotted her. He paused, staring at her. She was such a beautiful wolf, but part of him still wished he had moved faster, been more attentive with Scarlet. He shook his head and trotted up. "Hey." He said joyfully. "I...uh brought you a rabbit. He smiled as he laid it beside her.

Sky nodded.." Do you think Darckpack will be a bother? We did hear their victory howls as they took over more land.." She said climbing down from the rock and going into the den..She didnt want her new pack to hurt so quickly...
 
"Go ahead," Storm said, scowling. He turned, hoping to find Clover or his mate.

Atra helped Nighta, sniffing for a spot to make into a scent post.

Clover coughed, his fur bristling as the smoke chocked him. He opened his eyes for a second and felt them burning like the fire.
