Nikki looked up at him, then looked at everyone in the den. "C-can we?" She asked hesitantly, her voice weak. She was clearly asking for some time alone with Chayton.

Sitka's eyes hardened, "I didn't mean for you to hear that," she hissed, but fell back as Wind gave his sister a "back off" look.

Chayton tore his gaze away from Nikki, a small, timid smile on his maw.

Scarlet nodded, but slightly curled her lip at Sitka. She normally liked Sitka... why was she acting so temperamental? Maybe it was because she was expecting pups. She shrugged, padding from the den.

Once everyone was gone, Nikki looked at Chayton. "Chayton... will you.. be my mate?" She asked softly.

Mel felt strange, at first she didn't know why, but then it dawned on her. The pups were coming. "North!"

North, unaware that the pups were coming, glanced at her. "Yeah?" He trotted over to her.

"The pups! I- I think they're coming..."
(got to go in 30 minutes, we're going to leave the hotel for the flight back home. Won't be online for a while because no internet at the house.)

North stiffened. "Come on!" He ran to their den, and began making her nest.

Mel lied down and smiled at North, she would soon have pups.
