Nikki forced a smile.
Chayton saw through the smile, and his heart fell. His ears drooped, "Gonna bury this for later." he muttered, burying the bird. Once done, he looked up. "C'mon." he mumbled and headed toward the dens.
Nikki flattened her ears. So now he's mad at me. Grudgingly she followed.

This was her pack they invading! C'mon you dope, attack! She snarled at herself. Then, she leaped at the large male, latching her sharp jaws on his lower throat. Chayton yelped, vigorously shaking to get away. Mist snarled, hanging on.
Nikki jumped back in surprise, starting to lunge at her when a fiery-brown figure slammed into her side. She gasped for air, staring up at the intimidating figure. Sunfire. "What are you doing in our territory?!" He snarled, shaking her by her throat.
"Morning." She smiled, then stretched. "Did you sleep okay?" she asked softly.
"Yes." He yawned again, in truth he hadn't, but he didn't want her to worry

Without a warning Myth seeped under the surface of the quivering river from Gray's grip. She glanced at him and flashed a swift smile.
Sierra smiled, pushing her troubles away. "Hungry? Want to hunt together?" She asked, but was suddenly interrupted by Scarlet's wild and frantic voice. "SIERRA! WEST! COME QUICK! IT'S MOM!!!" She shrieked, waddling away. Sierra's turned pale, looking at West. "Oh West." She whimpered, dashing away.
