~Run With The Pack IV~ Wolf RP (COMPLETELY Restarted! Members Needed Badly!)

Some time in the middle of the night, an eerie call was echoed across Stormpack's territory. "Fwiiiiiiint! Faaaaedon!"

May awoke. Her voice could be heard across the camp since it was so silent. "Huh, what? Rocket, it's time to sleep..."

Rocket did this face,

"bwut why?"

Jay, who had been awakened, muttered sarcastically under his breath inside the den, "because Flint and Faedon have to do whatever their mommy says."

"It's nighttime..."

Rocket growled huffily, "Fwine, mweanie. I'll go to bed wight hewe."

Dawn picked up her head, "that's not nice, Rocket..."

The air was silent again for a short while, before Jay smirked, leaving his den. "Hey," he nudged Rocket, "wanna have some fun?"

"Jay, leave her alone," Dawn growled, still half-asleep.

"Oh come on, you're so uptight!" Jay grumbled. Dawn had already drifted off, and barely heard him.

"Wes!" Rocket replied quickly, picking herself up on her little red legs.

"C'mon then!" He called over his shoulder, pelting into the forest. She bounded after him, barely making a sound in the night. Unbeknownst to them, May had gotten up and followed them quietly. "So, what games do you like to play?" Jay asked, still bounding.

"All kinds of gwames! Hide and gwo seek, tag, jwumper... yots of stuffs!" Rocket replied excitedly, her tail wagging extremely fast.

"What do you want to play?" Jay slowed to a stop, turning to look at her. "You pick."

"Jwumper!" Rocket yipped.

"How do you play that?"

"Woo jump over wogs and stuffs, and den whoever doesn't fall on der face wins."

"Alright then, let's start!"

"Woo first!"

Jay turned and leaped over a fallen tree. As he did so, Rocket scanned the area surrounding them. Upon spotting a smaller, feasible log, she bounded toward it, executing a sloppy jump. The pup landed, sliding on the mud left from all of the recent storms. Catching her balance, she looked to Jay, who lead on at a slowed pace so she could keep up. Log after log, bush after bush, Jay leapt over with Rocket close behind. Soon they were deep in the forest, far away from the rest of the pack. Finally, Rocket stopped, laying down. "I twired."

Jay nodded, and laid down as well, "let's rest."

Shade prowled through the forest, he sharp yellows catching the sight of two wolves in the shadow of trees. He growled and closed in.

"Thank woo," Rocket mumbled, collapsing under a tree.

Jay left for a couple of minutes, then returned. "There's a stream over there, if you're thirsty," he offered.

May caught up to them. Her sharp eyes caught something lurking in the trees, and she growled. What is a lone wolf doing on this territory? Then, she saw something behind Jay and Rocket... It was tan, and it had a sleek, lithe build... a mountain lion! "Jay! Turn around!" she yelled, charging for the cat.

"Whaaa?" Jay spun around.

"Mountain lion!" May bit down on the cat's sensitive bridge of its nose, "protect Rocket! I'll get this mangy fleabag!"

"Well... go get it," Jay cocked a brow.

"Go get Rocket back to the others! And send some help!"

Jay rolled his eyes and scoffed. "By the time they get here, you'll be pulp. I'll help; Rocket will be fine. She's right here and isn't doing anything." He lunged for the cat.

Shade growled and a sneer curled his lips. He snuck forward until he was feet from rocket. He lunged, grabbing the pup by the scruff....

Rocket squealed, "let me go!" She squirmed and jerked forward hard, getting away, but not without tearing a mouthful of fur out and leaving a painful, bloody patch. "Jay, May, help!"

Snarling, May left the cougar and stood protectively between Rocket and Shade. The cougar was distracted, trying to throw Jay off its nose.

Shade sneered his piercing yellow eyes locked on May. He glanced at Jay and the cougar. he lunged forward, snapping his teeth.

By now, Dawn had arrived on the scene, having followed May. Growling, she leaped at the cougar to help Jay.

(I assume he's attacking May, correct?)

May roared, jumping back at the last second so that Shade missed and would land awkwardly where she stood seconds before. Then, with lightning speed, she crashed her head against Shade's.

By now, Dawn had arrived on the scene, having followed May. Growling, she leaped at the cougar to help Jay.

Shade snarled, shaking the bright spots from his vision. He growled, leaping to the side and agian trying to grab Rocket.

Yukon and noticed everyone slipping off and had followed Dawn, he spotted Shade, he raced forward, sinking his teeth into the neck of shade, he was twice the size of the loner, mostly because he was well fed and Shade was skinny, he shook his head trashing the roving male like a toy. He snarled, and Shade was sent flying.

Shade yelped, there was no fun in fighting when you were out numbered, he snarled and then slunk into the darkness.

"Are you alright?" He asked May, as he turned he attention to the cougar, He eyed Dawn for a second, his heart filled with worry and a desire to protect her. He snarled and charged the cougar

"I'm fine," May replied quickly, whirling around to encompass the entire area in her view. The cougar was beginning to realize that it was outnumbered, and was starting to back off. Dawn flinched as its claws raked down her side, but the pain only made her angrier.

Jay was thrown off, and May shouted, "Jay, take Rocket back to the densite!"

Jay shrugged. "Why? She's fine."

"Jay." May's teeth were clenched. "Take. Rocket. Back. To. The densite." May and Dawn had had just about all the fun they could stand from Jay.
