~Run With The Pack~ Wolf Roleplay

( gonna try to make something for the book, anyone wanna rp? )

Sugar laid down, panting from just running after a deer in hot pursuit. She licked her paws and looked across the forest. Sugar was bored and need to converse with someone. She barked and sniffed, catching a faint sniff of a wolf nearby. Her sister lay in a tree trunk asleep.

Jeff walked around, thinking. He saw a rabbit and chased after it, but it darted into a hole before he could pounce.

Solar Winds looked at Hunter.

Sunny's stomach growled. She'd been searching for something to eat all morning, but she'd found nothing. I guess that's the reason the packs didn't claim this land, she thought to herself, before adding bitterly, The packs have to take all the good land, and then they leave us loners with the useless barren scraps.

Hunter was sitting by the mouth of his den, basking in a warm ray of sunlight. Although he was never the same, he was starting to recover from the shock of losing Azar.

Willow let out a howl of rage as she felt teeth tear down her side. Icy talons of fear gripped her spinal cord. She was immobile for a second as fear entwined through her body, finally igniting a deeply imbedded anger for DarkPack that she had always held. Ignoring the fact that she couldn't see her opponent, she lunged forward, jaws snapping wildly.

Kodiak grunted a bit as Willow crashed into him. Her fangs slashed open his shoulder, but Kodiak was as heavy as lead, and wounding him was hard. Kodiak couldn't fool around; he needed to kill this she-wolf, and fast. If she squealed to Stonepack about the plan, everything would be ruined. He reached down for the back of her neck and snapped at it; he wasn't going for the scruff, but instead he was going for the spine itself. If he could snap it, Willow would be done for, and Kodiak would make sure that she would just mysteriously disappear...

( Ugh. I don't know if she should die or live... I get horribly attached to my characters... )

Willow, with a high-pitched squeal, backed away quickly from Kodiak, paws stepping blindly and shakily. Without warning, she located the proper scent, and bolted towards the trail of it. She was going to StonePack, and Mother Nature help the wolf who tried to stop her.

With a vengeful snarl, Kodiak sprinted after her on muscular legs. But although he had been trained rigorously as a pup to be agile, Kodiak's sheer size made him slower. He was a powerful, huge, big-boned animal - not a desirable trait for speed. Despite this, he still pursued her, snapping his powerful jaws every now and then when her pelt came into reach.

( I'll kill her sometime or another. It's a given. )

Willow squealed like a newborn pup as teeth tore at her pelt. She wasn't the fastest wolf in the bunch; she wasn't slow, either.

Tipping her head back, she let out a loud, long howl, hoping that the wind would bring it to StonePack.

(Is it k if Kodiak at least knocks her unconscious? Just so that she won't tell Senkah and Hades what Darkpack's plan is.)

( Yes, knock yourself out. Pun intended. )
Kodiak dove for Willow's leg like a hawk. He snapped onto her leg and jerked upwards, attempting to fling her into the tree. After this (your choice whether it succeeds or not, I just want to properly exit him), Kodiak bolted for the border and disappeared.
Willow woke up a time later, opening her heavy eye lids slowly. This, of course, made no difference. She could still perceive light, but couldn't see anything material.

"What the heck happened?!?" she muttered groggily, lifting herself up to sit on her haunches. Something scraped against her back as she did so- the bark of a tree. Turning to sniff at it, she recognized a familiar scent. DarkPack. In her current state, instincts were telling her to follow that scent trail, but then she picked up a new one. StonePack.

Which one did she choose? Standing and shaking herself off, she began to walk towards StonePack's territory.
Cody was out and about in the forest. A thought suddenly came to him: Where's Willow?
Mumbling to herself, Willow used her sense of smell and hearing to locate StonePack camp. The two senses had grown considerably larger in time, and hey helped fill in the blank of her sight tremendously.

Wildfire paced outside the den, blue eyes blazing as he wondered whether he should go in. Him and Zero weren't on good terms, and he didn't want to upset his mate further. Mumbling to himself, he thought, it's my den, too. I go in if I want. And with the grace of a revered alpha, he strode in.

Phoenix twisted his body, trying to reach a burr that had lodged itself in his thick red fur. He snarled savagely, getting for of his own fur in his teeth than the burr.

"There's a burr in your fur," Echo informed the frenzied he-wolf, looking at him as if it weren't obvious he knew about his problem. Sitting down on her haunches, she stared, her expression closely resembling a stone face.

Zero didn't snap at him or glare at him; in fact, she didn't even regard him at all. She had her back to him as she weaved some feathers into her nest.

Wildfire was greeted by Trista and Hallie, who eagerly bounded up to tell their father the day's news.

"I caught my first rabbit today, daddy!" Hallie said, nearly rolling on her paws in excitement.

"Good job, sweetie," Wildfire replied. "But for now, I need to go talk to your mom. Go catch her a rabbit or two, will you?"

"Okay!" the two white she-pups said in perfect usion, as if they had rehearsed it, bounding out of the den. Wildfire wouldn't doubt if they had done just so, either; the sisters were always finishing each other's sentences and such.

Thoughts aside, the black he-wolf joined Zero in weaving feathers into the tender moss, saying nothing.

Sugar arose and started to walk around. She saw a wolf and barked. Maybe that's a new friend, she thought.

______

Solar walked over to him. "Hello." she said shyly. She felt bad about his abrupt loss.

Sunny started a bit. She glance around, until her eyes fell upon Sugar's form. "H-hi," she barked back with a bit of reluctance. The way her life had been, she wasn't sure who to trust anymore, but she learned that those wolves were few and far between.

______

Hunter looked up. "Hi, Solar." Although the loss of Azar bothered him very much every day of his life, he wasn't moping around anymore and was muh cheerier than he had been when Azar died.

Faedon groaned and she flopped down into her nest. Her stomach was in knots today, and she couldn't keep any food down. Yet, despite the fact that she wasn't eating, her stomach was growing.
