Whisper scurried up to him, but kept her head low as she approached.

Amber looked around wildly,trying to pick out other darkpack members.She heard Kodiak calling the names of the wolves so she fought her way over to him.

Senkah snarled furiously at the Darkpack beta. "Get back under the rock you crawled out from, Darkmutt!" she spat.

Twylight whipped her tail skyward and scowled, as she lurked away. "Bite me!" She snarled.

"Gladly, rat!" Senkah snarled, flattening her ears back against her head. She lunged for Twylight with snapping jaws and blazing eyes.
Twylight leaped and spiraled her fangs aiming at her side.

The two she-wolves hit at the same time. Twylight's fangs had torn open a nasty slash on Senkah's side, and she growled, gritting her teeth against the pain. The blood gave Senkah's midnight black fur a dark crimson hue. Senkah swiveled her ears around as she heard Kodiak's call for his wolves. "Your alpha is calling you!" she sneered.

Twylight cringed her teeth as a deep gash appeared along her side, from Senkah's raking fangs. She reversed, "I'll murder you later." She snarled, bolting away.

Moss tried to look submissive, wincing as she lowered her upper body slightly. "We...we're not retreating, right, alpha?"
Atra landed from a leap in front of Kodiak and the other gathered Darkpack members. Her side and shoulder were still dripping with blood from her battle with Senkah, and the less serious cuts on her face didn't look so good either. Despite this, she assumed the high position of a pack leader. "Darkpack!" she bellowed, more of a battle cry than a summoning call.

Twylight cringed her teeth as a deep gash appeared along her side, from Senkah's raking fangs. She reversed, "I'll murder you later." She snarled, bolting away.

Kodiak didn't reply to Moss' question. Instead, he observed his pack with icy, critical eyes. Not a single wolf in his pack was at their prime for battle. "EBONY! Timber!" he howled again. As much as Kodiak refused to admit it, Darkpack would be forced to retreat.

Senkah bit her lip as she gazed at her own pack. Darkpack wasn't faring well, but neither was Stonepack. Quartz was on the brink of death, and Nebrivo had to take her away. That was two wolves out of the battle. Then, her daughter Faedon wasn't doing too well, either. Senkah had ordered Sierra back to the densite, as well; the poor thing probably couldn't fight, anyway. There was Ash, and Senkah knew better than to underestimate him, but that was one wolf. Stonepack needed to retreat, too... but Senkah refused to do so until Atra did. She would die before she would give in to her sister.

Attempt at Quartz



She looks worse than Faedon -_- The legs are too freaking short. I don't really like the way I did her fur, either... but meh, I guess. This is sort of just practice before I get my techniques down and stuff.

How did you do that cool fading affect on their eyes? I might post some of my MS paint stuff. It sucks pretty bad, though. I really like the effect of the fur, too. LOL, I'm never patient enough to do any of that awesome detailing.
