~Run With The Pack~ Wolf Roleplay

Quote: "Ha," Wildfire smirked. "And you think she'd be proud of you if she knew how incredibly ignorant you are?"

"Soon?" Fyra asked, tilting her head a bit. "Some nice elk would taste good right now."

Hallie slowly straightened, staring at Hades with wide blue eyes.

"Ha. I saved her from the river when she was a pup. She might love you, but she respects me a hell of a lot more than she respects you. There's a difference." Senkah suddenly wondered why she hadn't torn this wolf to shreds yet. Probably because he was Zero's mate. But that didn't matter now; she had given this wolf plenty of time to get out. "Heed my warning, pup. This is your last chance to get out before we use your blood to mark the borders."

"Fyra, out!" Hades snapped. He wasn't normally this impatient, but every wolf around him seemed to be deliberately trying to drive him crazy. "We'll hunt when Aki comes back. Faedon's sick, and everybody else in this pack just comes up with stupid excuses to be lazy and unproductive." When Hades was mad, he usually said stuff that he kept buried and didn't voice aloud otherwise. This was probably one of those things.

Quote: Willow's head was barely under the sheet of water, so she would have been able to get out of the freezing liquid if she wasn't in a state of unconsciousness.
( Owl. ) Cody's ears shot up in alarm. "Willow?!" he barked, his tone uncertain. Cody wasn't the bravest wolf in Stonepack, and part of him was afraid of going to save her, for fear of falling in himself. He almost considered bolting and getting help, but by then, Willow would have drowned. Quivering, he sprinted over to the river with tense limbs, and reached down, trying to grab her scruff.

Willow's body was unmoving and limp as a dishrag, and her breathing shallow.

"Willow?" Cody felt an overwhelming urge to save this she-wolf. Frantically, he rasped his tongue over her chest, and prodded her side. Willow's eyes opened, revealing two pools of amber. Instead of dancing and sparkling like they usually were, they seemed to be duller and not as full-of-life. Water gurgled in her throat, spilling out of her jaws.

"You alright?" Cody was very concerned about Willow, and his eyes reflected that. I hope I didn't arrive too late... "Cody," Willow gargled, "get me back to the dens."

Cody, in a bit of a panic, grabbed onto Willow's scruff. His paws were shaking as he tried to drag her back, and he tripped often. His mind whirled. Will she be okay?!

Wildfire jutted out his chin, curling his lips to reveal lovely white chompers. "There's also a difference between you and a good alpha."
With a final snarl, he turned around and began to stalk away, but not before whacking his plumy black tail at Senkah's face.

Hallie was quick to scamper after him.

Fyra's ears drooped and she backed away, but didn't submit. She hated to submit; it seemed like a fool's thing to do. Or it could save a life. Either way, she straightened herself and walked stiff-legged back to her den.

~~~
Willow grimaced; there was something wrong, yet she couldn't place a finger on it. She had been plunged into a world of blackness when she had fallen into the river, and she wasn't resurfacing.
Senkah snapped her jaws at it angrily, before she stalked away back into the Alpha's Den with Hades. Little brat. I wonder what Zero could have possibly ever seen in him.
Zero, meanwhile, had gotten concerned about where Wildfire had gone. She rasped her tongue over Garron's head while she waited by the alpha rock, but as usual, Garron just ducked away.
( edited to include Willow )
Wildfire stalked all the way to PinePack territory, still stewing over the encounter with Hades and Senkah. You'll have to sleep with one eye open one of these nights, he thought scornfully.
Hallie trotted happily behind him, looking around at the wonders of the taiga she dwelled in.
"Zero?" Wildfire called as he reached the densite.
Zero raised her head. "Wildfire?" She cocked a brow, and trotted over to him. "Where have you been?"
At the densite, Cody brought Willow to his den. He gently prodded her sides to help her vomit up the rest of the water in her lungs. Please be okay, Willow...
"With that ignorant pack of mutts that just have to share our borders!" Wildfire snapped, stalking into Hunter's den without bothering to stop to give Zero a more warm greeting. Now that his temper was skyrocketing, it wasn't an ideal time to tell Hunter what for, but the he-wolf either didn't realize that, or just didn't care.
Willow did just so, and with a passion. "Cody..." she hissed, "I. Can't. See!"
Fyra's intense curiosity had forced her to move towards Cody's den, eventually stepping through the entrance.
Zero wasn't going to take any of Wildfire's nasty attitude. "What's your problem?!" she snapped. "You wouldn't have met me if I hadn't been in Stonepack. So I guess that makes me an ignorant mutt?!" In a huff, Zero stormed back into the alpha's den. Meanwhile, Garron cowered away; he had never seen his parents spat before, and he was terrified that they hated each other now.
"What?!" Cody practically shrieked. "Wh-why not?!" He rasped his tongue over her forehead frantically. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a shadow blot out the moonlight. Instinct roared within him, and he wheeled around on his paws, snapping like a rabid animal. He'd failed to protect Willow once... he wasn't going to do it again.
Wildfire burst through Hunter's den entrance, his pelt raised and massive form blocking the exit. "Hunter," he growled, in a low voice like rolling thunder. "Get yourself together!"
Fyra backed away, her amber eyes portraying her fear. "I'm... sorry," she said shakily, lowering herself in submission.
