Juniper came and brought the fish to his den. She dropped it gently and nudged it to him. "Here," she murmured. "I'll be right back." She dashed back to her den, taking a deer pelt out of her den and taking it to Aki's.

Aki down the fish in three quick bites, his stomach easing, he was beginning to feel stronger. His wounds looked better as well. "Know if only this leg would heal!" He snarled under his breath

Thorn was bloodied and sore, his ear torn and cuts on his face and chest, the alpha of Dark pack had given him a bad beating for tresspassing. he came to rest in Snowpack, his body shook from the cold. He dug out a small den under a fallen tree, then spotted a rabbit, he swiftly caught it and retreated into his den to eat.

Lacy came upon the den that Thorn was in, she snarled, she was alpha, but also a female and wasn't very large at that, she knew by smell that the intruder was male. She back away and raced up a ridge, she let out a howl, calling for Thunder.

Thorn heard the howl, he peeked his head out of the cave and saw a wolf on the ridge, with the sun behind them they looked much larger and he slunk back into his den, not daring to be seen just yet

Mari picked her way through the rocky slope of a small stream. Her paw pads dripped with blood at each pawstep, and the hollow place above her eyes were sunken with fatigue. She collapsed by the water, and thrust her muzzle into it. Then she let her head fall to the side, and with a smirk on her lips, slipped into a light sleep.

Juniper, hesitantly, gave him a gentle nuzzle. "It will," she murmured softly.

Aki turned, his soft yellow eyes gazed at hers' he felt his heart give a few quick happy beats, and slowly he placed his nose against her neck, and softly nuzzled her. "Thank you." He whispered, pulling back he looked into her eyes again, he felt he could see his soul in her eyes. "Thank you for taking care of me, even though you didn't have to."
