Runner Duck eggs Pipped but not zipping...

I've got 30 odd runner duck eggs in the incubator. Hatch date was yesterday, they pipped, but it's been 30 hours since they've increased the holes. They're peeping, and rocking. Is this normal? This is my first hatch.

We have 4 now... I see pips on 12 or so others, but they're farther behind. I'm just going to cool my jets. Also, does anyone else have the problem with ducklings hitting the top of the heating element in those styrofoam incubators? I'm not exactly complaining, it was five dollars used, but that seems really dangerous.

My Geese I Hatched About A Week Ago Also Bumped Their Heads On The Heating Element. I Had 15 In There But They Were All Fine...Congrats On Your Babies...
