Yes as long as they have secure housing where they will be safe from predators and the weather.

When you say weather do you mean like they’d need a heat lamp or just like an enclosed room like a hen house they can go into if they want?

Shouldn’t need a heat lamp but they will need a house that has good ventilation the ammonia from their dropping can cause respiratory problems. They’ll need protection from drafts also. They will need protection from predators at night an a safe run if your property isn’t fenced.
