Runner duck housing suggestions

We've just acquired three indian runner ducks and currently they are too terrified to come out of the duck house we have been given (a while other thread!), but we've realised that the house is starting to need some attention and I'm wondering if a actually we're better getting a new house for them. Can anyone recommend housing suitable for three (may increase flock size later but won't be more than 6) indian runner ducks? Budget up to a max of £300.
