Hi guys. Yesterday night my Rosey came in limping, she was fine in the afternoon but limping in the evening. Today it seems marginally better but I can’t see any visible, no blood or scabs. She’s eating and drinking fine. Any idea what it could be?

Well once in a while one of my runners will limp too I usually think going up and down the hill to their pool. Many things can cause a slight sprain to a huge sprain. Getting out of the pool, running up and down a hill, or tripping over something. Hopefully since you see improvement it is on the way to getting better.

I’m in the same boat with one of my drakes. He had a hard time standing up yesterday afternoon so was just laying down mostly. Later on, he was standing on one foot and limping. Today, he’s limping lightly like yours. I read somewhere you should massage the leg so that’s what I did and it seems like that helped. I had all my ducks run toward me from their pool so I assume that’s how he got hurt.
