Any idea what this might be? My runner duck has a strange lump on the left side of his skull and it's pulling his skin to the side. He has also lost the use of his left leg. Back in April he was very stressed when two other male ducks in the flock started to abuse him after the female died. While stressed he developed -what i thought-was sticky eye. (His eyes were crusty and the skin around his eyes sockets grew tight and pulled up toward the top of his head.) I separated him, treated the infection and when he improved put him back with the others... Minus the bullies. While his eyes are better, he now has a lump and can't move his left leg. The lump feels hard. Not fluid like. Not full of air. (This may have been part of his eye problem all along but it's bigger now) Think it's a tumor? He doesn't show signs of pain when I examine him and is still eating, drinking and active.

How sad! My chicken just developed a lump on her head today and she had a previous eye infection too.
