Runner duck tips wanted

I have a single runner duck and I would like some tips for how to integrate her into my flock of two-one drake, one hen- and maybe some advice about how to leash train her if possible?

start her slow and be sure to be there. Leash IDK about that!

Leash training has to start with diaper training. The harness is the same. Master the diaper, then you'll be ready for the leash. Always use a stretchy leash. Also it's not going to be fun for anyone involved for a while. My duck just follows me and we don't use a harness at all!
