Runner ducklings....sexed....where?

I want to get a few runner ducklings....I want them sexed, not sure on colors. Don't need to be anything fancy as they will just be for entertainment and pets. I know Ideal has them........any others?

Hey, girl! Seems like great minds do think alike! LOL
I got one from the feed store who got them locally and the other 4 babies came from Ideal 2 weeks ago.

Hey Nella, how many do you want?? I have eggs in the incubator that will be hatching over the next few weeks if you want to wait that long.

I have Fawn & White, Black, Chocolate, and Whites. Plus I just got some eggs from a farm in VA and he has all different colors. They're in the incubator now with mine. Oh and I can sex them too!

Oh yea, our girls are still happily sitting too! I wish I knew when they started sitting. I have no idea as to when the eggs are supposed to hatch!

Metzer Farms sexes their ducks and geese. Great customer service as well.

You have to be very careful because you can injure them if you do it wrong. You flip them upside down, push their tail backards. You take two fingers and put them on either side of their vent. You push down gently. If you're doing it correctly you should see a corkscrew-like penis in the males.

I went ahead and ordered 8 runner duck females and 3 Welsh Harlequin females and 1 WH male from Metzers. Should ship next week. The Welsh Harlequin clinched it for me............I've always wanted them!

My Metzer girls are very healthy. Nettie has Metzer runners. Her ducks are also healthy.
