Crowing
I was just thinking my runner babies are not very runnery either. I'll see if I can get a picture today. Mine were from cackle though.

The only maybe possibly runner I see is the fawn/white oneI bought 3 runner ducks from ideal. They're 4 months old and not in the slightest do they have an upright build or way of going. Bad quality stock or are they a different breed? This is the best photo I could get as they are quite flighty and hate methe way the black one is standing is about as upright as they will stand View attachment 1862058
Crap. I was beginning to think something was off. I was so excited about the silly way of going runners have and although I love my ducks, they're not even the sex I ordered let alone the correct breed. The only maybe possibly runner I see is the fawn/white one
I thought they looked like cayugas to my amateur eyes. Any guesses on the fawn and white Drake? He is just as stocky in build and moves no more upright than the black ones.Looks Cayuga to me. Both @WannaBeHillBilly and I had breed problems with our last orders from Ideal. Our Buffs were Saxonys and our Magpies were from hell. My Swedish had no bib and looked just like your "runner". I don't see any runners in your picture but there are better experts here than me.
I see it now! Mine were not upright as babies but I stupidly assumed I would see it as they grew older. Also my avatars are only half runner and you can see how upright they are.
Ok I'll try to get a better onesend another picture of the fawn/white one where we can see how it stands. Just a good picture of just him/her
Brendo Nintendo is very handsome! My Brendan is very upright!View attachment 1862361
