Runner Ducks stopped laying

We have 2 female Runner Ducks that both stopped laying late last week. Right before they laid late in the day (very abnormal) and then stopped the following. It has now been 5 days of no eggs at all. The ducks are 2 and 3 years old, but I thought it was very strange that they stopped together and wrong part of the season. The males are not overly harassing them and they are acting normal.

Could of they been hiding a nest somewhere?
