Alright lets kick it off from the start. So 3 of my ducks got hit by a car and only 1 survived. The other 2 were perfectly fine. The one that survived was our black indian runner. We found her just sitting under one of the trucks and we brought her inside and kept her in a nice kennel. She has drank water and hop around nicely, but she is not laying eggs, eating, or moving her leg which we think is broken. The nearest vet that deals with poultry is too far from us and with Covid-19, we can't really go out. So I need some help treating this.

If the leg is broken it will be painful to the bird. Only a vet can tell if it requires a specific treatment. Call the vet office and talk with them to see what can be done - she will need something for pain.
Try tempting her to eat with a wet mash with added vitamins/electrolytes.

Alright, she is eating and they suggested to try letting her swim, and it really seems like a great therapy for her just to let her leg go afloat and it seemed to help with pain as well. They also suggested a spray to help with inflammation as well that is sold at Tractor Supply.

Edit: the electrolytes seemed to pump her up as well.

That's great! Hopefully, she will get along just fine :) Keep us posted please.
