Hi all! I have a bunch of runner ducks. Ten female three male. I have an opportunity to pick up three male calls. I used to have calls, and miss them terribly. I have a separate house for them at night. Think it will be ok? I wouldn't think they'd be able to bother the ladies to much. What do you think?

Not sure. I have 10 Runners and 7 Calls but I keep them separate. I just assumed they might get picked on, and if they did, they can't run as fast as a Runner. I have noticed now that my Calls have been going outside daily in a chicken tractor that they have gotten MUCH faster. We have a 10x12 predator proofed horse stall in the barn for them at night, and this last week they are getting fast enough to be difficult to catch!

If you did put them in together, maybe a large deep box that they could hide in, away from the reach of the runners might help?
