My chicken has started to poop running white poop right after she started laying. I don't know if this is common or if this is unusual. Does anyone know if there is something wrong with her?

I live in Springfield, IL, USA. I feed it a variety of stuff. I mostly feed it rice. Sometimes cooked egg yolks, peas, corn, bread, and noodles.Pics of poop please.....
.... and what and how exactly are you feeding?
Knowing your location in the world would help too.
It could be egg white from a broken soft shelled egg.
That often happens in new layers.
Does she do it every time? If it has only happened once or twice, it is probably nothing to worry about especially if her hind end looks clean and normal.
Is it smelly? Then, it is possible she is exhibiting vent gleet, a fungal infection of the vent and egg tract, which is curable. You do want to take care of vent gleet as it can cause internal scarring. It causes a very messy, runny bum.
A photo of her hind end could help us diagnose if it is messy.
Or, if she continues, a photo of the clear liquid.
Chances are it is soft shelled eggs breaking, and things will sort out soon.
Keep us posted.

POST EDITED as I just saw the above poo photos....
Why are you feeding her table scraps and rice as her only diet? She should be on a good layer feed. She needs the calcium and other nutrients.
To me, it looks as if you simply have her on the wrong diet. Too much undigestible starch from rice.
Put her on a good layer feed. Give her some yogurt too. Finally, place apple cider vinegar (raw, with mother, in a plastic container only as the acid eats the zinc off the metal ones).
That should help restore balance to her gut.
