He took an unsteady breath.
Snowpaw wiped her tears and looked at Bluetail’s body again, but she had to look away as two more tears fell.
She bowed her head and sent a silent prayer to StarClan before starting to groom Bluetail
Snowpaw helped groom him.
She blinked at her gratefully.
Whiteshine padded into the nursery. "Lilyflight, if you want to join the vigil, then I'll watch your kits for awhile." She offered
“Thank you,” Lilyflight meowed gratefully, carefully detaching herself and standing up.
Brackenkit whimpered as his mother’s warmth faded.
“Hush,” she mewed comfortingly, licking each of her son’s heads. “I’ll be back soon.” She padded out of the nursery and took her place in the vigil, tears coming to her eyes.
Whiteshine curled around the kits
(I forgot the name of the kit that I control...)
Sunstrike saw her and she blinked sadly at her before continuing to groom Bluetail

Lilyflight placed her tail-tip on Sunstrike’s shoulder comfortingly and helped her groom Bluetail.
This wasn’t Lilyflight! Brackenkit mewled in protest. He wanted his mother!

Sunstrike leaned into her, a sob threatening to escape.
Whiteshine wrapped her tail around him.
Lionkit mewled then settled down. As long as there was something to warm him, he was happy. He snuggled into her belly fur before falling asleep
Lilyflight licked Sunstrike’s ears and wrapped her tail around her.
Brackenkit was more picky than his brother. He wanted Lilyflight! Where was she? He started to wail.
