"Thanks, Darksky. I'll be ready to go back in two days." He informed her, curling up into his nest.
“Good. We’ll see you then.” She turned and disappeared.
Just then, the sun began to rise.
He sighed, seeing the sun come up. So much for sleep... He thought ruefully
Floodlight shook her head and went back to sorting herbs.
Beetlepaw reluctantly got to his paws and came to the medicine den. "Hey Floodlight. How's Snowfrost doing?"
“She’s holding on, but I don’t think she can do it for much longer.”
"How much longer?" He asked, fear in his voice. When I get back, will it be too late for her?
She let out a long sigh. “I don’t know. It really depends. But we need to try.” And I have to tell Rosethorn, Bramblestar, and Lilyflight.
