Sunpaw looked up too, and pressed into Lilyflight when she saw him, trembling slightly.

Lilyflight gave her a look that said, 'It's okay, he can't do anything with so many cats around.' "What are you doing here?" she asked, repeating her question to Blackpaw.

Sunpaw calmed down and laid her head back down, but her eyes were watchful and her ears were on alert.

Strikewhisper looked up at her then grabbed some prey and carried it to the nursery. Understanding washed him, she wanted to hide it for now.

Whiteshine felt happy, she knew he understood. She finished off the rabbit and watched him as he carried the prey to the nursery.
