Lilyflight sat back down in the sun. She felt the wave of grief from losing one of her precious kits, but she also knew she needed to stay strong for the ones that remained. Lilyflight waited for Whiteshine to get back so she could tell her. But she could take as long as she wanted, because Lilyflight knew that she wanted to rest.

Lilyflight waited for Whiteshine to get back so she could tell her. But she could take as long as she wanted, because Lilyflight knew that she wanted to rest.

Sunshine settled beside her and curled her tail over her back. "I'm sure the others will be okay."
