"Yeah, I know. But at least you won't have to raise three of them, I don't think." She gently licked Thistlekit in his sleep. "Don't get me wrong, I love them. But sometimes they drive me up the wall... Like when I was organizing patrols and Rainkit and Thistlekit snuck out and made a mess in Feathersky's den."

Whiteshine laughed "That was pretty funny, but I think they made up for it by saying all the herbs and what they do... I wonder how they learned all that..."

"Funny for you, maybe," she laughed. "I'm the one that had to find them and worry about them eating something, then attempt to clean it up and tell Feathersky what happened. But yes, they were very impressive."
