"I guess milk since there's no prey in here." Rainkit said

Sunstrike was aware of the tom looking at her, but didn't look up. She didn't know why, but she felt like it would just be better for both of them

"Alright then." She gathered them up to her with her tail and lay down.

Rainkit and Thistlekit both started suckling happily.

Finally Bluetail got up the nerve to talk to her and approached her. "Hi Sunstrike." He mewed awkwardly.

(Remember, Sunstrike is just outside of the nursery, so Lilyflight can hear all of this if she wants to.)

Lilyflight lay her head down and sighed happily.

"So how has your day been?" Sunstrike asked, done grooming herself
"Good. I went on a patrol and then went hunting. How's your day been?"
"Fine, I helped watch Whiteshine's kits and Lilyflight's kits today."

"Well, I think I better go see if I'm needed on any patrols." Sunstrike mewed and stood up, accidentally brushing her paw up against his when she stood.
Bluetail blushed slightly and nodded. "Have fun!"
"I will!" She called back and headed into the nursery to talk to Lilyflight
