Thistlepaw nodded "In WindClan, we didn't have any Thunderpaths to worry about."

Bluetail watched his apprentice stalking the blackbird.

Rainpaw moved stealthily toward it, making sure not to let it know she was there. When she was close enough, she pounced and landed on it easily, giving it a swift bite to the neck.

"Yeah, but you had the gorge." She turned to Rainpaw. "Well done! That was great stalking."

"It wasn't that bad. I only fell once." He mumbled.

Rainpaw shrugged. "I guess." Bluetail purred, feeling proud of his apprentice and he helped her bury it for later.

Blackpaw was sitting in his guarded den, feeling like a failure. "So, I guess everyone has forgotten about me... They even gave Lilyflight a different apprentice!" He growled, feeling sorry for himslef

Lilyflight's eyes widened. Lowering her voice, she asked, "Is that how you... you know... died then?"

She straightened up, relieved. "Good, I was worried for a moment." She flicked his ear. She looked at the sun, which was beginning to set. "I think we could squeeze in one last thing, don't you?" she asked Bluetail.

Bluetail looked up at the sun. "Yeah, how about the ShadowClan border? It's not far from here."
