He dipped his head, feeling his pelt go hot as he settled down beside her. "Yeah, you might not want to hang out with me if you knew what I've done." He shuddered slightly, remembering the taste of Thicketpaw's blood in his mouth

"nah! How bad can it be?" She shouldered him slightly, in a good-humored way. "Now, I've just figured out I can't eat this whole rabbit by myself. Do you mind helping me?" She looked at him, laughter sparkling in her green eyes.

"Sure, I wouldn't mind" He purred, giving her one of his rare smiles. "And trust me, it's pretty bad...." He mewed as he took a bite

Her eyes glittered. "Follow me!" She mewed and went to one of the trees surrounding the camp. She climbed up it and settled herself on a lower branch, facing the sunset.
