*Running with the Flood* A Warrior Cat RP~Open~

Grizzlykit let out a wail of surprise, and his little scratch dripped a tiny drop of blood. He blundered around blindly and tripped over his own too-big paws. Thats not fair! He squeaked in his head--Mama says to always keep your claws sheathed!
(Kits that are as young as that can't sheathe their claws :p)

Larkpaw awoke as a piece of straw tickled her nose. She stretched in the warm sunlight and jumped down from the bale of hay. Giving her belly a lick, she started off back towards her territory.

(Oooh. Learn something new every day I guess! I'll edit--hold on)

(Ok! I just know that due to having 22 cats....)

Blackblood was still wondering where his mate was, getting more worried each passing moment

Larkpaw quickened her pace--she wanted to get home quickly so she could tell her mate that she was expecting. She knew it was her own choice whether she would tell the clan who her the kits' father is. She wondered as she walked if she should tell the clan. After all, it was a bit strange that an apprentice's mate was a warrior. But, she knew that she would soon be a warrior, too. She would talk it all over with Blackblood.

He started pacing around the clearing, a worried expression on his face as he scanned around and still didn't see her.

Sunstrike noticed Grizzlykit wasn't there and her neck fur bristled until she saw him. She gently scooped him up and nudged him to her stomach
Grizzlykit, safe again at his mother's side, sighed contentedly. His little belly was round and full of warm milk. He remembered again about the little scratch on his back--it didn't really hurt as much as it did anymore, but Hazelkit couldn't get away with it! He opened his mouth in a loud mew to get his mother's attention. Mama, Hazelkit scratched me and it's bleeding and it really hurt! Well, it doesn't hurt so much anymore, but it DID! He tattled in his head. Oh, how he wished he could communicate like his mother! But no! All he could do was think, think, think. He had so much to say! But he could only think it to himself. Overcome by the unfairness of it all, he let out another loud MEEEWWW!
