"I know." She shook her pelt. "I can't wait until I can tell you my new name."
“And I can’t wait to hear it,” she said warmly.
"I better head back now." She mewed, eyeing a cat who was walking into the medicine den. "I'll talk later." She gave her a nuzzle before heading back to the den.
(Did we ever finish Floodpaw's and Batclaw's talk?)
She waved her tail in farewell.
(Umm... Lol I don’t remember.)
(Hmmm... I think this is where we left off)
Batclaw sighed. "Floodpaw, you are special. The prophecy requires you to mess up; that's the only way we can complete it. Once we finish the mission, you'll be able to do things right."
“But why me? I don’t like messing everything up!”
"No one knows why StarClan chooses us for anything. Please, Floodpaw. Will you help me complete our mission? I can't do it without you."
“I guess I will,” Floodpaw sighed. “If that’s what you need...”
"Thank you." He sighed. "Now... don't freak out when I tell you what the mission is, okay?"
