Owlherb heard her and ushered her into the den, bandaging it in cobwebs and a burdock root poultice. "You're expecting." She stated simply after she was done bandaging. "You're kits feel fine, even after that nasty cut you got. Be more careful next time. I won't tell you to move to the nursery, but I do hope that you'll come here in a quarter moon so that way I can check on your kits again." She mewed, making a nest for her in a corner of the medicine den. "Sleep here for a few days so I can keep an eye on that scratch."Larkpaw got to her paws and leapt off of her rock. As she jumped, her fur on her belly snagged onto a jagged point on the rock. She winced and looked at the deep cut that ran from her side down to the soft underside of her belly. "Of all things to be scratched by!" She shook her head in exasperation. She grudgingly walked to the medicine cat den, shuddering with each step. "I certainly am clumsy these days..." She muttered to herself when she reached the den entrance. Then raising her voice, she meowed, "Anyone in here?"
