Her green eyes widened in fear when she saw the cat had caught up to her. She quickly and sharply veered to the left to evade her.

He nodded. "I'm doing my best to get you back." Quietly he murmured "I'm going to get some spies in here to figure out how to get you out."

“Stop! I’m not going to hurt you.”

“Be careful,” she whispered. “They’ve threatened our kits. They know about Beetlepaw already and plan on punishing him next time he comes. You have to tell him to stay away!”

She shot up a tree and looked down at the cat who was chasing her, fur still bushed. "How am I supposed to know that?" She asked with a growl, though the fear shone strongly in her eyes.

He drew a sharp breath in fear. "That's not good. Our plan mainly relied on him."

“You don’t. You just have to trust me. I know we just met, but I have no desire to hurt you. I swear it on my honor as a warrior.”

“Just don’t let him get hurt. Darksky’s vicious,” she whispered.

She eyed her with mistrust before reluctantly crawling down the tree to face her. Her claws were out and her muscles were tense.

He nodded solemnly. "I won't."

“Who are you?” she repeated calmly.

“You should probably go before Darksky catches us.” She looked around anxiously. “Be safe.”

"I'm Blueclaw." She straightened her shoulders, making herself look bigger.

"Alright. Please don't die." He licked her ears before reluctantly turning to leave

“I’ll try.” She flicked his ear and sat down, watching him fade into the distance.

Darksky emerged as soon as he was gone. “Watch where you tread,” she murmured, disappearing.

She glared at her before mewing "I'm here to visit my mother."

Bramblestar restrained from clawing her snout as he began to wake up
