She felt the vibrating of his voice and nodded. She sniffed around a little and mewed "Guard outside."

She sensed he was asking a question, so she nodded and laid down, hoping it was good enough.

He stood, brought out of his grogginess instantly. "No, I don't know where they are."

He stood up and stormed to the entrance. “Hey, mange-pelt!” he shouted at his guard. “Do you want to tell us what we’re here for? Or are you just going to continue capturing kits like cowards who have nothing better to do?”
