Stifling a purr, Snowfrost pushed Featherkit off of his sister. “Settle down, you two. It’s time to rest.” She began to groom them, ignoring their protests.

Stifling a purr, Snowfrost pushed Featherkit off of his sister. “Settle down, you two. It’s time to rest.” She began to groom them, ignoring their protests.
Flykit batted at her tongue with indignation sparking in her eyes
Snowfrost purred and gently nosed Flykit’s paws away. Once they were both clean, she wrapped her tail around them.
Featherkit’s eyelids began to feel heavy.
Flykit reluctantly let her eyes close and her world went silent and dark
(Isn’t her world already silent? Lol sorry, I had to)
Featherkit soon followed, his breathing deepening.
Snowfrost watched them for a bit, her eyes full of love, and she rested her head on Rosethorn’s shoulder.

Rosethorn purred and licked her ear
“They’re so beautiful,” she murmured, looking up at him.
"They are." He purred happily
Purring softly, she lay there, contently happy.
"Aspenpaw!" Redfrond called to his apprentice
