runny frothy droppings??

Hi - had my pullets for about a 6 weeks now and they are all eating and drinking fine and seem very healthy in themselves, however one of them (not sure which as they never do it when i'm looking!) seems to do runny frothy (bubbly) poo's, i havent wormed them yet as we've only got one place locally that does the worming stuff and its been out of stock but also i havent seen any worms in the droppings

Is this a side effect of having worms or could it be something else?

It is often a sign of worms but it could also be cocci... The best thing to do is to collect an ample poo sample and take it to your vet so you know for sure what you are dealing with ...then you can be assured the med you give will be effective.

You might try some steamed rice, we use a rice cooker, that should firm up the chickens stools and then start a worming routine by adding some DE to their feed.
