It is probably a respiratory disease. Respiratory diseases can cause sneezing, coughing, discharge from nostrils, gurgling, rattling, and sometimes swelling of the face. Your bird's disease seems rather mild for now, but respiratory diseases can be serious.
Give your bird electrolytes, probiotics, and vitamins to help her recover. Keep her warm as well, and make sure that she is drinking enough. This is all you can do if your bird has a viral respiratory disease.
Your bird may have a bacterial disease, in which case giving antibiotics is a good idea. One of the best antibiotics for a respiratory disease is Tylan50. You shold be able to find this at most farm supply stores. It is sold for cattle and large livestock, but works for chickens. The dosage is 1cc for large fowl, .5ccs for bantams, given for five days. Use a 20 or 22 gauge needle, and inject it into the breast muscle, alternating sides each day. You should see improvement after the third day. If not, it is probably a viral disease, not bacterial.
