Runny nose in 10 day old chick

My Ancona drake had a runny nose yesterday and today he isn't peeping, wanting to swim or anything, just stand there. This evening it seemed he had a little more trouble breathing. Makes me sad. What could it be and is there hope?

how old is the duckling...?
has he been swimming in water...?

keep him warm...... heat lamp..... warm towels or blanket...

It's common for ducklings to get stuff in their nose and hopefully that's all this is. Put him in some warm water about belly deep so he can dip his nose in and see if he snorts anything out. Is he eating?

As mustang mentioned, VetRX is good and can be found at most feed stores.
