I can see snot or something in his/her nostrils and he/she periodically sneezes or something sneeze like. Do chickens catch colds?

Im not sure about the nostrils thing but I hear my chickens sneeze from time to time I'm sure she's fine

mine had swollen eyes and snot and weezing and sneezing. But it went on and on and my others got it too. I gave shots of Tylan50 every 12 hrs for 4 days and its gone. I gave .25cc per bird. Yors might just have an itch in the nose??
