I have 6 chickens about 10 weeks old that are in quarantine right now. I just got them a couple of days ago. They are currently being treated with Corid as I found some bloody/mucusy poop. I just went out to check them and noticed that 3 of them have runny noses. It is clear, not gunky or smelly or anything, but I am new to chickens and am not sure what to do for them/what is wrong with them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel like its one thing after another with these poor little ones.
