runny poo and shell-less eggs

One of my chickens has (as far I can tell) not been laying any eggs, and often has runny poo which gives her unfortunate poo-encrusted feathers on her rear end. she hasn't given any other signs of being sick, so i've just been keeping an eye on her. but today i noticed what looked like egg white and yolk mixed in with her poo under her perch. no shell anywhere. cause for concern? what could be causing this?

The same thing happened to my hen, she had laid for a few years w/o a problem before this happened. I posted the links to the threads, hopefully you can find some helpful information. Good luck!
