Runny poo and walking funny

Hi every one am new to this forum but have a problem with one of my chickens.She started to look off colour,lay no eggs and have runny poo.I seperated her from the others and after a while seemed to pick up.She is eating and drinking well although still runny poos.I noticed today that she has started to pick her legs up really high when walking.Don't know if this is related.Has any one got any ideas never seen chicken walking like this before and worried that she has had runny poo for quite a little while.Thanks for any advice Shortie.

sounds egg bound. does her bottom look bigger?

if she's bound, you can 'go in' and retrieve the eggs, but with serious delicacy. if any is left inside or the egg breaks, she could get an infection and fever.

some more opinions might pop up soon here. hope she gets better.

If you feel she could be egg bound try putting her under a heat light to relax her......I have never had this problem but I have read about it...Good Luck
