Runny Poo

My chicks have been having some really runny poo a lot more lately. Ranging from light brown to a mustardy color. The things I've been doing differently is I added ACV to their water (the wrong kind it turns out. I used the cheap regular stuff and now that I know it's wrong, I'll switch it the the organic "mother" stuff) and I've been giving them watermelon. Which of these two do think is the culprit?

when mine got that i went out and got plain yogurt and sprinkled some crumble on it. i gave it to them several days and it helped. their poo returned to normal. Someone on here told me that yogurt helps with that.

i gave mine it for 5 days and it seemed to work. They love it and it's a great treat for them. i am thinking of doing it once a week.
