Runny poop 5 day old chick

I'm not sure which of my chicks is having these droppings but one has runny brown poop
They are on a medicated chick starter. Electrolyte water although yesterday I did do water with ACV instead for a while.

Normal? Should I be worried? His can I figure out which if the 5 is popping this way. Others have more normal looking poop.

It just looks like cecal poop poop to me. Every 8-10th poop will be a cecal poop.
