Runt chick has abnormal feathers... is she sick?

I got 8 chicks in the mail 2 weeks ago and one appears to not be growing as fast as the other. She is much smaller and her wings don't seem to be growing normally... they are very scraggly and she doesn't stretch them like the other chicks do. I'm probably overthinking this but is there anything to be worried about? From this picture I also notice that her skin is reddish underneath her wings.

Sorry, it's hard to get a good picture of this one as she doesn't often stray far from the others.

I would say your chick looks fine, just watch over it to make sure. If shes acting normal than I think everything will be fine. I dont think you have anything to worry about

I had a chick that I had to help from the egg and she was covered in egg goop. When it dried, she looked like she had been painted with PVA glue so I had to bath her and scrub it all off. When her wing feathers grew through, they looked like that to begin with but straightened out after a few days. I wondered if it was residue from the egg left over that stuck them and made them look messy but then once she began to preen her new feathers, she sorted them out herself??
