Runt flew at my face!

Welcome! I have 11 chicks that are 1- 2 weeks old brooding in my heated basement. Several are trying to fly/hop to new heights. They all come running when they hear me call, but two of the biggest chicks compete to be first to fly up to my arm. I made a perch for them and they seem to be getting the hang of it quickly.
Sounds like you have a friendly bunch of fuzzies. :love

I had a chick named Amy who really attached to me. She wanted to be on me all the time. At bedtime, she would throw herself at me in an attempt to get me to hold her. She would fly at me and bonk into me. One morning I woke up to 5 week old Amy sleeping next to me on my pillow. There were several poops on the covers so she was there awhile. I put a top on the brooder at that point. She grew up to be a normal bird, not overly attached
