Ruptured/malformed egg

This hen was pretty lethargic the other day. We assumed it was the heat and she was a little better yesterday. Today she was worse and her comb was pale. I noticed she had some loose stool down her backside.

I brought her home and soaked her in some warm water. She let me flip her on her side and I found some small shell fragments in the stool. I cleaned her off some more and noticed something hanging out of her vent.

Right or wrong I don’t know but I gently pulled and the rest of what I guess was an egg came out.

What are my next steps? Thanks in advance, I’ve never dealt with this before

Going to call a friend she passed a lash egg ah well another showed up

Should I keep her here at the house and run a course of Tylosin?

Also want to note that we lost one of her sisters a little over a week ago. Similar symptoms to start and again we thought it was the heat. She passed while I was out of town and my wife found her so I didn’t see anything after the fact.
