Ruptured yolk chick

Chick hatched early before anyone was up to notice the hen pecking and ruptured the yolk before it could be fully absorbed. I quickly removed all of the eggs and placed them into an incubator. Its been sitting in the incubator for a few hours, moving around still and seems to be doing really well except for all the yellowish brown liquid coming from the area the yolk was hanging from... I'm really worried it might have been an infection. I was planning to wait for the chick to dry off so I could put some anti bacterial cream on it but until then, any tips?

I do not believe the chick will survive if the yolk sac ruptured before it was absorbed.

Keep the chick by itself...and hope.
