help me! i'm a bit confused! i am trying to figure out what exactly is going to happen if this bill passes. i read some of it, but it didn't make much sense!

as i was reading, my "end of the world" radar started beeping. i am trying to be positive and fight my paranoia, but I'M SCARED! REALLY SCARED! what will happen if things get really bad in California? what if my dad decides that we'll move to Texas?

please help.

Don't be scared. Fear never helps anything and anything can be overcome.

I've been trying to read the bill but there is so much bad information on the internet about it.

On NPR today they said a senator is fighting to protect the smaller farmers who sell locally. I'm not sure what he is trying to protect them from though.

I'm confused too and that's ok as most bills are confusing.
