S.E. MISSOURI SWAP

Thought I would post this flier on here for those in or near Southeast Missouri. Fruitland is located about 10 miles N of Cape Girardeau, MO. Come on out and join the fun!!

wouldnt be bad if it went till noon or after, but 10 am makes it a very short swap.

some one her in n.e. okla. tried that a few years ago, bout the time you got started, you had to packup and leave. didnt work out very well and didnt last but a couple of months till the canceled it.

This swap has been going for several years. Like most swaps, it starts at daylight, and by 8 or 9, all the good things are sold out. I kind of like it that way. Then I have the rest of the day to do other stuff....like build pens for the stuff I hadn't planned on...LOL

Hey, I don't live in MO, but who would want to get up that early for a swap?

OMG, I'm so glad ours goes the way it does! We have an auction every week, year-round, that starts at dark and goes till it's done. Then you still have the day to get things straightened out. That would be way too early for me!

Great, turtle. Maybe we'll meet up. By the way, there is a big parking lot there, and if you come way early, and want to park and sleep, that's no problem.

Hey, Peeper~ I've only been to the last two in the fall, and they were so-so, but people tell me they will be bigger in the spring. The best bet would be to call one of the names listed on the flier. Hopefully we'll see you there. I plan to take some Buff Orpingtons, Black Rosecombs, Buff Brahma Bantams, and whatever else I can dig up around here.
