?s on heating for chicks and Selling eggs to eat

New to turkeys and ended up with 3 chicks today. We have one that lives out at the barn and lays eggs for us and wanted more for egg purposes.
1. These babies are kept in the house and will be just as long as I can stand it (I'm patient). At what point can I take off the lamp if they are indoors at around 76 - 80 degrees? Is generally hot upstairs. I have an area they crawl in to, like a covered bed to simulate being sat on since they obviously wanted to be under something. They love it under there. They seem so much more calm.
2. If I wanted to sell eggs, is there an outlet for that? (other than a sign on the road listing turkey eggs for sale) I have zero connections or resources for this type of thing, but turkey eggs are awesome.

Thanks in advance. I'm not new to animals, just newer to turkeys specifically.

Everyone says they need heat longer than chicks but I only kept mine indoors with a lamp for two weeks then moved them to my outdoor brooder with no heat. Two weeks after that they were in there coop with the rest of the flock. Some of it has to do with where you live and the temps.

I didn't use a heating pad with them but that's what I use now instead of a lamp. I love it and the birds love it.

For selling eggs: Craigslist, eBay, or the classifieds on here.
